Plan a Visit

Where are we?

We are located at 201 S. Orchard St. Mackinaw, IL. We are right across the street from the Dee-Mack primary school.

What to wear?

Come as you are. Some of us wear jeans and some of us wear more formal attire. So whatever you choose you will be welcome.  Masks at this time are optional :).

Are we accessible?

Our building is accessible for those who use wheelchairs, strollers, and/or walkers. Our ramp is on the southwest side of our building near the parking lot. The elevator is located near this entrance.

What time and how long are the services?

Our Sunday worship service begins at 10:00 a.m. and generally lasts about an hour.

What is our service like?

Our service is both traditional and relaxed. We sing hymns, pray together, hear scripture, and always share in the communion table and all are welcome to partake. Due to COVID-19, we are worshiping in person and virtually. Please join us at 10:00 a.m. on Facebook. Go to the MCC Facebook page and you will find us live. You don’t need a Facebook account to join us. A prompt will come up asking if you’d like to join but just push the button “not now”. Let us worship together in love and care for others.

A community that gathers together to worship, pray, support, and love one another.

We are a family church which means we are first and foremost relational. Everyone knows each other's names and we are there for each other through the joys and sorrows of life. We practice incarnation ministry. Just as God sent Jesus into the world to share God's love through teaching, sharing in meals, and laughing and crying with both friends and strangers we also share God's love through our action.

We are a family which means we do not always agree with one another, we have people with various beliefs and values yet we have chosen to gather together. Because we believe God's love is greater than our ideas.
